Rodaport, established in Gemsas Region of Gemlik Bay on customs bonded area of 103.600 m² and non-custom bonded area of 67.000 m², has been designed as a general service port by considering the requirements of industrial and commercial organizations having operations within the region that extends to Northwest Anatolia and Ankara.

As the nearest residential areas at a distance of 8 km from the town of Gemlik, RodaPort provides waste reception facilities and fresh water supply that ships needed. Bursa which is 30 km away from Rodaport has wide facilities for small repairs and personnel needs.

Especially the organization of RodaPort has been constituted for loading, unloading and storing operations of unitised cargos for instance any bulk cargo, forest products, wheeled vehicles, and special cargos such as project equipments. RodaPort has been providing services to container vessels since July of 2008.
